How do I disable Avira Antivir from constantly sending me alert messages for Trojans?

I have Avira AntiVir Personal and Im constantly getting pop-ups at work alerting me to trojans found on my computer. I don’t want to personally have to delete them every time and I know there is an interactive button Im suppose to click so I can set it to automatically quarantine anything found. Except when I go to configure there is no options. Someone please walk me thru this. thanks!
